American Tariff on Chinese products.

True but the order is only temporary and expires unless congress approves enforcing a long term tariff and that requires legislative action.

That's besides the point. The point is that he did in fact order these tariffs, contrary to what you said.

So...  Shouldn't Canadian distributers and manufactures basically all products or any "not American"

be immune to the tariffs???  if the company is based elsewhere and manufactured in china.

Don't get why I have to pay more for American Tariffs?

So...how do you guys feel the tariff on Chinese products is going?

It is amazing! I am loving it, I hope it only increases.

However this has nothing to do with PC parts for me, as I work with clothing, shoes and other dressing accessories exportation from Brazil to US/Canada the extra tariffs on Chinese products have made many big names on USA (stores/shops/e-commerce) increase their orders for our non-extra taxed Brazilian products.

Meaning I am selling even more stuff, doing even more deals now and cashing in good extra as Brazil end prices become more attractive than the Chinese ones. So I am sorry US PC Folk but I'm cheering for these taxes to go up and up.

Stuffs are still quite cheap ATM. I think the bussiness are absorbing the tariffs and have yet to pass it to consumers. They can't do this forever tho, eventually consumers will end up shouldering the burden.

Economics 101. Tariffs are paid by domestic importers, not foreign exporters. Tariffs are not meant for raising revenues but to raise the prices of foregin products thus shielding the domestic industry.
