Go ahead and turn off Voice chat, slide it to OFF. Then slide push to talk to on, then slide Voice chat input device to default, and same goes with the output. Then APPLY.

Then go back to voice chat, and slide it to ON, slide push to talk to OFF, and voice input and output to whichever you use. click apply. Should work after that. its a bug with fortnite. Alot of people had it throughout many updates. Some got it a few updates before, I got it the update before the new season started. It always works when you turn the options off then on again. Fortnite is aware of the bug and they keep saying its fixed after each patch but it really doesnt always work with everyone. Give it a try and let us know.

Hello!

Before a week or two, I started having this problem: I can't hear people in Fortnite voice chat (I see the speaker icon moving when they speak) and I can't speak in Fortnite voice chat when I hold my Push-To-Talk key, and when I put `Push-To-Talk` on `off`

My `Voice chat input device` is set to my Microphone, and my `Voice chat output device` is set to my headphones

I have `Allow background audio` on `on`

I hope someone can help me out, since this is very frustrating....

Thanks for your help!

Do you have ingame chat enabled?
