If you want the best bang for the buck, you might want to consider Chinese manufacturers and retailers. I got my Xiaomi Redmi 4X for $140. That's with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of storage

Sorry but what is that in english dollars ? I would recommend this if you want all the goodies but not blow a hole in your wallet.

HTC Desire 10 Pro D10i 64GB.  It can be had for under 200 dollars brand new.

It has a 20mp camera and 64GB internal memory.  You can use all android apps on this.

Asus Sabertooth x79 / 4930k @ 4500 @ 1.408v / Gigabyte WF 2080 RTX / Corsair VG 64GB @ 1866 & AX1600i & H115i Pro @ 2x Noctua NF-A14 / Carbide 330r Blackout

Scarlett 2i2 Audio Interface / KRK Rokits 10" / Sennheiser HD 650 / Logitech G Pro Wireless Mouse & G915 Linear & G935 & C920 / SL 88 Grand / Cakewalk / NF-A14 Int P12 Ex
AOC 40" 4k Curved / LG 55" OLED C9 120hz / LaCie Porsche Design 2TB & 500GB / Samsung 950 Pro 500GB / 850 Pro 500GB / Crucial m4 500GB / Asus M.2 Card

Either the Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 or the Xiaomi Mi A2.

The A2's a wee bit more expensive but it's got a better chipset (636 on the Note 5 vs 660 on the A2), better camera, and it's an Android One phone. It does lack a headphone jack though which is a dealbreaker to some.

Ryzen 5 1600 @ 3.9 Ghz  | Gigabyte AB350M Gaming 3 |  PaliT GTX 1050Ti  |  8gb Kingston HyperX Fury @ 2933 Mhz  |  Corsair CX550m  |  1 TB WD Blue HDD

Inside some old case I found lying around.

Never heard of English dollars in my life lol, I think you mean the Pound Sterling (GBP) its in the title. The HTC Desire 10 Pro looks decent only issue I can see with it is that its getting a bit old at this point as its almost 3 years old.

True Official so is my Samsung 6 , but it works flawlessly.  As long as it has a decent processor in it and runs android apps flawlessly then its all good.
