Gpu is touching my case. Is that ok?

The plastic part is resting on the metal part where my hard drives are in. Will this affect my gpu or computer? The fans can turn unbothered.

That actually looks like a good thing because your graphics card won't sag. You should be fine.

Primary PC:

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

 

How many watts do I need? ATX 3.0 & PCIe 5.0 spec, PSU misconceptions, protections explained, group reg is bad

If there was no pics shown here, I was wanted to say, "of course you need your gpu touch the case in order to bolt it up on it to secure on the back".

 

But yeah, I think it's no problem even if it touch it, as long as it's not the fan which touch the storage cage, it also should be a support for your GPU so it wont bent by gravity as most of long big GPU in a PC I saw, they are not so horizontal, because the front end will be no support to hold their own weight.

May cause the case to melt. I’d prolly wrap the case with exhaust tape or something similar for thermal insulation.

no issue what so ever.

 

in my personal build my 1080ti pcb is touching a radiator so that hasn't blown up yet.
