High DPI low sens vs low dpi high sens

I think it falls under personal preference.

I like keeping my mouse at 1000 DPI and 1000hz Polling, but others who tried it said it was too slow for them. (compared to generic mice)

High DPI with low in game sensitivity. That's just personal preference.

 

But no matter what Windows sensitivity should be 6/11, or exactly half, always and forever.
