Can I download this program without worrying?

Hey! I want to try out a trainer for a game i play. I scanned the program on "Virustotal" and this came up:

Is this anything that can harm my computer?

I'm going to assume you probably can't talk about that stuff here?

Even if it were for an older game.

I generally go by the idea, that if you have to ask if something is safe... It means it most likely isn't.

 

As far as "trainers" I'd assume the only ones we can talk about are GameShark. Not some jank thing found on the internet.

 

Also, in my past life (before I knew anything about computers) I'd get viruses trying to install a trainer for KOTOR. So again, I'd shy away from it.

Trainers, cracks - as some guy says here, we should not discuss about it here.

BUT we still can discuss about piracy in theory, right?

So in my opinion - if you want to be a pirate, you must have experience and be brave! Otherwise just stop trying.
