What is the total budget?

What is your current psu?

Do you want to reuse some components from the old build?

I would say r5 2600 for the cpu.

I only see your reply if you @ me.

Can you get the 8600k with a z370 motherboard?

If you can then get the 8600k and a z370 motherboard, otherways get a r5 2600x and a b450 motherboard.

Should I get a 750w or 850w?

What ever budget you can afford tbh.

Replace your 1060 with a 1070ti once you save up more, or sell ur current 1060 for it. or go the full hog and grab a 1080ti.

otherwise, save your money.

You got options but spending money on a CPu when u have a 3930k is a waste.

if you have not already you could OC the 3930k to get some more performance if you feel you need it.

I run a 3930k myself, moderate OC to 4.6ghz. I see no reaosn to upgrade currently, its more than capable. My 780 is aroudn the same perf of a 1060, i most certainly want to upgrade my GPU, im waiting on the 20 series to drop so i can snap up a couple used 1080ti's for cheap.

At $250 you could get a second 1060 for SLI

Or save mroe for somthing better.

Or sell your current 1060 and get a 1070ti or 1080.

if you'd actually check properly, the 2670 has 4 extra cores over the 3930k. the extra cores are a big help for streaming.

not neccessarily, cpus with high cores and especially threads are very good for streaming

GPUs will always be better unless they release x265 for twitch then I may consider switching to using my cpu but for quality and performance GPU is 100% better than x264
