no response to SSD RMA request

Total Epicnessᴭᴺ

I have been trying for about 2 months now with about 3 + RMA forms submitted for my sandisk 240gb SSD replacement drive that was DoA

I don't know what to do now, no responses to any of my RMA requests and nothing in the warranty states that i cannot get a warranty for replacement drives.

i live in the usa and i bought it from newegg a little over a year ago, the original drive died and was replaced with a broken one. from what i heard the replacement drive carries on the existing warranty period of the original drive so the warranty still isn't over since it is a 3 year warranty.

Newegg also has great customer service in my experience. They might tell you they can't help, but they also may have an idea on how to get your RMA handled better.

What's the PSU? Have you tried plugging the SSD into a Sata port that you have another drive attached to?

And define broken? Is the drive not appearing in the bios, or is a volume not being detected in windows?

not appearing in bios at all, tested with multiple cables and multiple computers.

PSU is a corsair cx 500m( or something like that) and the other computer is a laptop with the battery removed and charger connected
