Is 240gb SSD alone enough to upgrade Inspiron n4110?

I am planning to upgrade my Dell Inspiron 14R n4110 with SSD of 240gb.

Is it alone enough for it ?

Recommend a SSD for my laptop

If it only has 4GB of RAM another 4GB might be good but if it already has 8 it's fine
