What CPU, mobo should I upgrade to

At the moment I have 4670k and 16gb ram and a 1070.

I want to upgrade but I don't know what to get.

I will be gaming, streaming (YouTube and sometimes twitch) and video editing

I live in Australia and I can get a 8700k and 16gb for about $1050 but I don't want to spend that much

Ryzen 7 2700x, decent B450 board, 16GB of RAM would be a solid upgrade.

You'll do better gaming and streaming with Ryzen than Intel, as Ryzen 7 has more cores and threads.

I use 4790k and 1070, works wonders for streaming and gaming in high quality. You probably don't need to upgrade you platform, just max out your own

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

What is the difference between the 2700 and 2700x? Isn't it only clock speed?

There is a price difference of about $70-100

I actually just bought this in the beginning of August and I gotta admit, it's pretty amazing. Most certainly a giant leap up from my old FX 6300. I admit, I did catch it during a sale so I only paid $299.99 for mine. I'm a bit of a penney pincher so I look for deals and combos alot. haha
