Nvme for boot worth it or not?

Hey guys

Okay first post ever so if I am basically breaking every rule by creating this post I am blaming my law school for not screwing me out of enough money for me to understand the guidelines.

So I am currently on a nightshift at IBM of all places, so usually I would ask a technician but I am trusting u guys. I have bought an entirely new system I am putting together tomorrow but I can't figure out if I should keep my current sata SSD as boot drive or if i should install my OS on the my new samsung m.2 nvme drive, if anyone knows wether or not it is worth it I would love your imput.

- Thanks

Boot time differences aren't very noticeable between NVMe and a good SATA SSD.

NVMe drives are more useful when handling large files or large amounts of files at once, like if editing video using the drive as a scratch disk or editing photos. Or hosting a server.
