Blank page in windows 10 activation setting

Hello,

 

after a clean install of windows 10 I wanted to activate my system. When I tried so, it just loads me into a blank activation window.

When I try to activate by going into settings/update&security/activation it's also blank.

I see a bunch of stuff installed, so your system is no longer a clean install.

Did you use a system tweak utility of any kind?

Did you disable any services?

Did you try simply restarting the PC?

Did you install an anti-virus?

Did you use any cracking/piracy software?

Did you use a registry cleaner?
