If you're talking about the two large partitions on "Disk 1," it looks like they're not formatted correctly. They should be NTFS, not RAW. Whatever you made those partitions with failed to format them correctly.

Is there any data in those partitions? If there isn't, just reformat them in windows. If there is, you'll want to find a way to pull the data out of them first.

i have installed my windows in the SSD and also created 500/500 gb in two partition but when i load up my pc they are not showing

Yea, i have reinstalled windows and the problem was fixed.
