New Nvidia Graphics Cards

So I’ve read everything about the new RTX GPUs but can’t find anything about the cheaper end of the spectrum (2030, 2050, 2060). Can anyone help me here and tell me what’s going on???

Also I was in your same boat few years ago, do yourself a favour and don't bother looking it up, when leaks start showing up that's when you know it'll be coming in a months time

To be honest you'll be better off looking at Pascal, these new RTX 20 cards are not for the average gamer in mind. Why? well there is mention that the 2060 is going to be $500 at least.

I was more likely going to be looking at the 2050 which i expect to be around £300-350

In Denmark they are more expensive. They cost 50% to 60% more than we were told by Jen-Hsun. That is disappointing. Also I found this video:

2070 is retailing for $499 USD, 2060 is probably going to be in the $200-300 range.

The RTX 2070 is marked up as $599 on the Nvidia's website, there was also mention that a possible 2060 could cost $499.

And that's the problem, people who can't afford anything higher in the range will be looking at cards like this. A 2050 isn't going to be very fast and I personally think a 1060 3GB would be faster than it, though this is only my view point so don't take this as the truth.

RTX is going to be a Failure Unless they Cut prices

 

Anyone in their right minds would stick to pascal. What they are charging is ridiculous for ray tracing which is the same as Hair works in whitcher 3. Something that you are paying a premium for that only a small amount of games use and also kills your performance.

 

1080 ti 11.3 teraflops of performance 2080 = 14 teraflops. very small performance boost over last gen
