New low end laptop

Hello. I need to buy a new low end laptop for office use only and nothing more.

Price maximum 300 bucks. I want it to have SSD.

Im thinking of buying this: Lenovo V110-15IAP (N3350/4GB/128GB/No OS)
Notebook, 15.6" 1366x768, CPU: Intel Celeron Dual Core N3350 1.1GHz, RAM: 4GB, 128GB SSD, GPU: Intel HD Graphics 500, No OS, 1.9kg

or this

Lenovo IdeaPad 320-15AST (E2-9000/4GB/128GB/W10)
Notebook, 15.6" 1366x768, CPU: AMD E-Series E2-9000 2.2GHz, RAM: 4GB, 128GB SSD, GPU: AMD Radeon R2 Graphics, Windows 10, 2.2kg

Any other suggestion? What do you think?

The IdeaPad looks better with the dedicated GPU and Windows 10 preinstalled, as well as a faster processor.

hi.

Hi. I wouldn't buy a used laptop. I dont trust 'em and furthermore i wont find many with ssd drive in my country.

My cousin has this laptop and he says its really fast:

Lenovo IdeaPad 320-15ISK (i3-6006U/4GB/256GB/FHD/No OS)

Notebook, 15.6" Full HD 1920x1080, CPU: Intel Core i3 6006U 2GHz, RAM: 4GB, 256GB SSD, GPU: Intel HD Graphics 520, No OS, 2.2kg

I just want office and some movies (not 4k). Why these laptops are not good for that use?

Buying laptop isn't just specs. The models you've listed have mediocre overall quality

Do you have any suggestion over reliable used/refurbished choice?

Where can i find reliable refurbished thinkpads? Newegg?

I do not live in the US, so im thinking that if it breaks down during the warranty, i will not be able to return it easily.
