Dell Optiplex 790 SFF - What are the GPU options?

Hey all,
So I recently purchased a dell optiplex 790 SFF for pretty cheap
The specs are: 
- i5 2400
- 8gb DDR3 1333Mhz RAM
- 500gb HDD 7200 RPM
- 240w Power Supply

Say I was to have a budget of around $100 USD - Would a GT 1030 be the best option considering I'm limited by the PSU & Case? (This motherboard won't fit in your typical ATX or mATX case)

Might want to stretch the budget a tiny bit for a LP 1050, your only looking at another 20-30 bucks 

 

My HTPC is similar to what your using (only 2600, and 16gb ram) with a 1050ti and its a pretty balanced combo overall. 

Silent build - You know your pc is too loud when the deaf complain. Windows 98 gaming build, smells like beige
