I mean... it might not be the most efficient, but there's nothing stopping you...

Normal PC case fans would work better. They will run quieter and use less power.

You may need to DIY connector. If it has normal 3pin/4pin 12V connector, then it might just fit. Just check that it doesn't draw over 1A.

its just coanda effect. not anything special or new...but adding a filter will probably make it work no where near as well.
