How to remove these Xbox services on Windows 10 v1803?

Speed Weed

I ran " Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.XboxApp | Remove-AppxPackage " in Powershell admin and nothing happened. How do you remove these Xbox services on Windows 10 v1803? I can't disable " Xbox Game Monitoring " service because it said access is denied.

Is it not more hassle than its worth as surely these will just get re-installed with every big OS update?

Router:  Intel N100 (pfSense) WiFi6: Zyxel NWA210AX (1.7Gbit peak at 160Mhz)
WiFi5: Ubiquiti NanoHD OpenWRT (~500Mbit at 80Mhz) Switches: Netgear MS510TXUP, MS510TXPP, GS110EMX
ISPs: Zen Full Fibre 900 (~930Mbit down, 115Mbit up) + Three 5G (~800Mbit down, 115Mbit up)
Upgrading Laptop/Desktop CNVIo WiFi 5 cards to PCIe WiFi6e/7

I can appreciate that, but its normal for an OS to have lots of components you never use and not really practical to remove them all.

I do agree that Microsoft should really have an option to disable all gaming components for none-gaming PCs, but  they don't so you will just be fighting a losing battle trying to do so.

I don't need it on my system because I haven't used it for 3 years. I just want it to be off my system.

Like I said though, even if you get it removed now it will come back.  Is it really worth the hassle of constantly removing it after every OS update?

Yes. Same thing with O&O Shutup 10.
