Original Xbox hard disk games?

So I got two xbox consoles at work, one seems to have red ringed of deathed but the other one works and I found a load of stuff under Xbox hard disk in the menus, are those proper games or just save data? The dude I got the working one from said it had games so idk

Never owned anything Playstation or Xbox, only console I have ever had is a wii u that's been doing nothing for pretty much its entire life

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...

Well I can't seem to launch them, only option I see is to delete them :/

who knows, maybe it will just auto log in if i connect it to the internet :P doubt it though tbh, got the one with cfw working tho and it had a load of games on it, probably just going to sell them both for a little bit of cash though because i cant say i enjoyed them much really
