My PC keeps Micro Freezing??? Please Help

Ive had this problem for awhile now but i still dont know whats making it freeze. To be exact its not completely freezing, it happens frequently where i would be watching a video or just opening a application where everything would just stop responding, i can move my cursor and make boxes in desktop but trying to interact, end or open any task dosent work. It usually last for a few seconds and then goes back to normal only freezing again after awhile and ive tried doing everything i can but to no avail. It sometimes freezes after logging into my desktop. Ive suspected that its my RAM but after switching to a new set of RAM it still happens that goes with switching RAM slots as well.

 

my specs are as shown below:

Windows 10 Home (64 Bit)

intel i7-7700k

Asus B150 pro gaming aura (Latest BIOS)

2x 8GB G.Skill F4-2400C15S-8GNT

Zotac GTX 1070 

SanDisK SSD Plus 120GB Sata
1TB WD Blue HDD

CoolerMaster Elite V2 500W PSU

Are you running any overclocks?

 

Have you tried with only 1 stick of RAM?

No overclocks , and yea ive tried 1 stick of ram as well as new ram
