What kind of games will you be playing.  The racing wheel knowledge I have is of generally much higher priced models.  If you will be playing sims I definitely would recommend getting something nicer than those.

Only thing I would say is its only worth getting a wheel if it has force feedback. Those wheels you speak off has vibration only which is not in the same league and its half the fun.

Even if you buy second hand get something like a Logitech driving force GT or Thrustmaster F430 FBB, they are really good wheels and they have force feedback.

Get the Driving force GT... its the best in this price bracket,, maybe a little over it.. Othewise G27 is amazing but is a hell lot more expensive.

If you can somehow get more money im talking like 350 pounds this guys are amazing http://www.fanatec.com/

Yeah.. with thats price range you'll get piece of plastic and rubber which gives more headache than fun. Try to find used Driveng Force GT or MOMO from Logitech. MOMO is in lower end but still rated better than those cheap wheels you can see at markets (here mostly €50 Thrustmaster Ferrari something).
