Games running slow,Need help

I dont know why but my pc runs csgo at 20fps on lowest and on ultra its the same, and some other games like For Honor,Metro,The Forest at from 10-30 fps.I should be able to play these i have a Gtx 1050 ti zotac mini 4gb,

Intel pentium g3220 3ghz,8gb of ram the temps are not the problem i checked they arent very high while playing and i did connect my gpu the right way into the monitor.Im lost here if anyone can help that would be very appreciated

Medium 1440x900 or lower resolution.

I can run cs go with a g4400 at 1280x1024 on ultra with 60 fps

i tried different resolutions and settings its still low fps i dont know what is happening

I changed the hdd from my 1tb to 500 gb and now games run fine the hdd was the problem.Ty for everyone who took thier time to reply :)

Im not trying to make you look bad im just pointing out that his cpu aint that bad... In the end cs go aint exctly a demanding game

I'm aware. It's just game which seems to cause all kind of issues with more high-end hardware too.

That i didnt know... altho i have seen people complaining about how old the engine is...
