But seriously,  a molex power connector w/ a pass through. Goes into the molex power on the PSU but looks like it's a combo connector, so just use the 3 pin to the board so you have some control.

Do as @Densetsu said since if you connect a fan through MOLEX it will work all the time at it's FULL speed, being noisy without any need.

 

It is just an outdated connection with little to no use on nowadays systems.

Seriously though stop making your titles all caps. 

It's an older connector that I would not use if you want speed and noise control over your fan. Just use the 3 pin fan connector.

That is the Molex 4 pin power supply connector. It is one of the standard peripheral power connectors in computers for all PATA based hard drives and other internal devices such as your fan.

Just use 3pin connector. Older cases come with those fans. While both connectors are for power ONLY use one at the time.
