I'd say spec out an XPS 13 to around $1000 and you can't go wrong, the current 9370 has a pretty nice config for $1169.99

Idk what you mean by location. As far as budget 1100 USD聽is probably the most. I would use it for school work and carry it around during school. 13 inches for the minimum聽screen size,聽dedicated GPU or not as long as it鈥檚 snappy, and it needs to be fairly lightweight.聽
