I was looking for an AIO liquid cooler and I stumbled around this https://www.gearbest.com/cpu-cooler/pp_009863442745.htm.... I have a RYZEN 5 1400 system and I got a bad CPU, I get 3.7ghz with 1.3375v and my stock wraith stealth cooler can't keep up with that voltage even at 100% fan speed so I decided to buy a water cooler but I can't spend more than 45$ on a cooler, and most of the coolers don't ship to my country , so I'm stuck with these chinese websites which actually ship to my country.
Should I buy this cooler?

PS I found another cooler https://www.gearbest.com/cpu-cooler/pp_1277506.html?wid... which costs around the same and there is a review of it(I mean it's 240mm version) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Nw88qBETgzw

Cheap AIOs perform like garbage, spend that money on the best air cooler you can because it's going to be WAY better

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...

Builds:

The Toaster Project! Northern Bee!

The original LAN PC build log! (Old, dead and replaced by The Toaster Project & 5.0)

120 mm AIOs are generally beaten by even the most modest air cooler. On top of that, their quality is unknown meaning that they might fail faster than a reputable brand or even leak fluid over your PC components.

What CPU do you have? Maybe we can look for a more decent cooler?
