get a better psu, something like a circle 500w. I am using it since two years and it's been really good for me.

any confirmation the psu is the issue? The event log has some information.

Well event viewer has a lot of errors that you can just ignore and it makes navigating it very confusing,

so maybe fire up your reliability history and see what that says.

Hit start- type reliability history

Expand each red and yellow warning that happened when this last happened by double clicking on them and post what they say here.

Though, I do agree and think it is the power supply by the sounds of it.

Make sure you get something 80+ gold or higher if you want a PSU you can trust.

The event log can't determine a PSU issue, it only shows an improper shutdown. The other errors can be ignored.

My random reboot problem went away when i changed my PSU, i had it for more than 1 and half year (from oct 2014 to May 2016). You mentioned your pc gets stuck, do you get a BSOD or it just freezes? could be other issues as well.

i dont have bsod.it just lags and goes into a reboot

Does it always lag or just when it's about to reboot? From what i can see it's most likely your PSU.

If you can i would suggest you buying this PSU, most affordable 500w quality psu.

BTW, you didn't mention your gpu. Do you use iGPU?

yes i use a gpu GT730 i disabled it and used it with intel hd 2500 still the issue persist

for gt 730 even a quality 400w unit would be enough, so you didn't take it out of your pc and just disabled it in device manager? well, doesn't matter.

If you are not going to upgrade your GPU anytime soon, i would suggest this another Circle PSU which is really cheap. it's 400w and should be enough if you aren't upgrading anytime soon. Just use it temporarily to see if the problem still persist, keep using it if doesn't or return it back if does.

then it still might be working, it's just that iGPU is primary and eGPU is secondary.

Check Device Manager.

ok.will the Hdd show similiar issues?
