Ultra wide monitor with GTX 1060?

Looking to buy a new monitor.

Budget around: 300 euro.

Don't really know what to look for.

Im thinking of an ulra wide screen like, LG 29UM69G.

But i'm not sure I really want an ultra wide screen also thinking of a smaller one like : asus VG248QE but reading a lot about the negative points of a TN panel.

Any suggetions?

The UltraWide you mentioned is only 1080p so a GTX1060 will have no issues playing on very high settings.
