Posted March 9, 2014 Author I think I finally found someone to suply me with some aluminium so I can begin the fun modding! Unfortunately I haven't been doing much on this project, but I've been measuring, placing and thinking of where to place the pump, radiator and HDD cage. I should be able to get another small update out soon with the layout. My 800D buildlog DSLR: Nikon D5100/kit lense + batterygrip
 Posted March 11, 2014 Author Pump, HDDs and radioator placement. This is what it'll most likely look like. I got a simple idea for the HDD cage I'll make (something simular to Will Urbinas "Black Dwarf" build). I may have to place the pump facing the PSU because it is nice and tight down there. And it will look clean! The res looks very tiny though, so I will most likely buy a 250 version My 800D buildlog DSLR: Nikon D5100/kit lense + batterygrip
 Posted March 11, 2014 Author You should sleeve the cables on the pump, thats what I would do. I am going to sleeve everything and make custom cables, but that's planned to be done after most of the watercooling. So excited to see MOAR More to come when I get some aluminium My 800D buildlog DSLR: Nikon D5100/kit lense + batterygrip
 Posted March 11, 2014 Author Very nicce? Can you see through the front panel? Sadly no, but I am looking for some smoked acryllic but it's expensive as hell, I'm also looking to change the mounting mechanism, as it is now it may pop out. Posted March 11, 2014 another great clean build. Lovin it Beneath this mask there is more than flesh. Beneath this mask there is an idea, Mr. Creedy, and ideas are bulletproof. Posted April 19, 2014 Author I was not able to do all the things I planned because of some nooby mistakes and faulty tools... Atleast I could make the HDD cage and figure out most of the things that needs to be done, also the blanking plate is mostly cut to fit but not mounted. HDD cage It will be very tight between radiator and the HDDs Blanking plate Alot of cutting needs to be done. Getting close. Almost perfect fit. What I'll most likely do too make this a perm fit is to get some 90 angle plates and just rivet it on. 8cm wide to cover all the holes and inperfections, keep in mind I got this aluminium for free. Posted July 9, 2014 Author I'm sorry for no updates in a loooong time as I've been busy working on my driver license, but atleast I got a hold on a new macro lense! So hopefully there will be more macro and higher quality pictures. And I got a somewhat decent camera setup, not the best and not the worst. Definetly alot better than a mobile phone. Nikon D5100 with a Sigma AF 18-250mm f/3,5-6,3 And some random stuff like batterygrip, remote ect.
