Quiet case fans that will not break the bank?

I need to get some nice quiet fans that do not cost a lot so Noctua is out.

 

I am looking too spend max of £10 PER fan.

 

Any ideas?

I would recommend the BeQuiet! Pure Wings 2. Very, very quiet; basically inaudible at 7 volts and around £7 each. You can't go wrong.
