So I'm still deciding on pc parts, but the list above is pretty accurate.

I have a 1080p 60Hz monitor that uses D-Sub VGA and a ps/2 keyboard, that's what the adaptors are for.

I found that even if I downgrade other stuff I can't afford a 1080 ti so I'll get a 1080.

My budget is around £1330, £1350 absolute top for gaming and everyday use.

I'm not sure what PSU to get but the one on the list ATM is tier 3.

I'm going to be playing black ops 4 when it comes out so that's £50 out of the budget.

I don't need an OS or peripherals

I'm upgrading because my last PC was from 2002 and I have been using a 2013 laptop for too long.

I will be getting the PC around September 2018.

use pcpartpicker instead also it's impossible to build what you want with 300 pounds.

Honestly is would start planning the build the build sometime in August as alot could change. If the 1100 series from nvidia comes out then it could be a completely different market for gpus. Also I wouldn't get that motherboard if you are planning on overclocking. Cheap z series motherboards tend to cheap out on the vrm which is one if the most important parts of the motherboard when it comes to overclocking.

https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/list/d46pBb here is a build if you were to build today. Honestly though it's pointless as if rumors are true then we will have the 1100 series by the time you start building.

Computex is June 5-8. We'll know if the 1180 is coming in August after that. If you're buying high-end graphics, I'd wait the 1.5 weeks, if you can wait.

Wait why are you buying such an expensive build of you are only playing on a 60hz 1080p monitor? Are you planning on upgrading soon?

no, my dad is giving me a one time deal where he'll pay what I pay towards it, so I need to use up the budget lol

I rly like the one I have

I mean whatever floats your boat I guess. I just think it's a shame to have such a nice pc and not be able to fully utilize it. Then again I can't talk much as I have a 1080ti and a r7 1700 at 3.7ghz with a 240hz monitor. I am heavily cpu bottlenecked.

Bit better than mine will be but i'm literally upgrading from tree trunk to a UFO in games performance so I don't think it makes all the difference, i'm just making the best thing I can so it takes longer to be outdated
