I need this info for a good friend of mine that lives in Australia. However, he has a budget of 750.

need os/monitor/peripherals? gaming only or with streaming/rendering/editing?

I live in Australia and am looking at a pc build on umart. If you pay for them to build it and already have windows 10 you can get a GTX1050ti, G4560 cpu, 8gb 2400mhz ram with a 120g ssd that can be upgraded for more storage. If you build it yourself you can get a 1060 3gb. (For gaming not working)
