Obviously he needs some help with it Spec's of said friend's PC i7-6700k x1 8GB 2133Mhz CAS 15 (told him to get another new stick, he coruppted his other) Gigabyte Z170 UD3 Blue MSI Aero 980Ti Hybrid. So he has also gone through a RX 480 and HOF 980. Being dumb he Over volted the RX480 (I hated that one out the 2) And the 980 sadly had "magnetic interference" as I like to a call it. Can you help me with this problems? I don't know anything about Gigabyte, and I told him, "Don't try to reach 5.1GHz you have no chance." I appreciate all hp given, no, he doesn't want to delid. Then if it is stable bump up to 4.5GHz, then 4.6GHz, etc. If he needs to bump up the voltage go as high as 1.3v, but you probably shouldn't need to go any higher than that. Also 8GB of 2133MHz RAM probably isn't the best. 16GB kit of 3000Mhz would probably see some improvements for him.
