My specs for my Pc are they good or bad??? Low fps

I got a PREBUILT (I was younger and didn't know) system a  good few years ago for a gift, at the time I knew nothing about Pc gaming but it always intrigued me. So basically I started taking it a bit more serious but I still am a noob, I admit. I was just wondering what is slowing down the frames for my computer (specs wise). I have a AMD A8-5600k APU with Radeon HD graphics,2 cores and four logical processors. I have a GTX 1050 TI with 4 gb of RAM (I think) and the Pc comes with 8Gb of RAM and I have some good peripherals such as Razer black widow 2016 keyboard and a razer abyssus mouse and a Man o'war headset. Can anyone tell me how or why my frames are so low and what I am doing wrong would be much appreciated

The A8 is probably slowing you down.

Frame rates are low because the CPU is weak at its time, pitfully weak by today's standard.

The A8 is the culprit. The GPU and quantity of ram looks fine.  If you have a slight budget, think about doing an upgrade.

5th core i7s don't exist except for the 5775C which is a i7 4790K with better integrated graphics and rare

do you have something like that for US?
