Anyone have Capture Card recommendations?

I'm looking to stream from a Xbox 360 to "twitch" but I'm new to knowing what capture card I should go with. I was wondering if anyone has done this already and/or has recommendations for me so I know what I all need. I don't really know anything about capture cards so any help would be great!

I stream my PS4 to twitch and use the Eglato HD 60 S to capture it. Highly recommended.

I'm assuming it just means it's compatible with "Xbox One" and "PS4"? It doesn't say anything about Xbox 360 but I'm guessing it should work the same?

Nvm I guess they have a separate one for the 360. :] How would this work though? How would I set this up to capture what I want to?
