.ini file sucks. How to open these type of files and edit them?

So, I want to edit my pubg (ini) file in android but it denied every time

I Have tried renaming it with (.TXT )

But it doesn't worked.

Just open it with literally any text editor and make sure it's not read only

Open it with any text editor. NotePad will do it fine, no need to rename. 

 

EDIT: Missed that you're on Android. Still, a text editor should do it, but there's a chance the file/folder location is protected if you don't have root access.

Considering you're on Android, you might need to be rooted for the file to be edited.

I would get x-plore, works without root and if you try to open a file with a weird extension you can select to open it with a text editor.

You should be able to edit rights as well, but if you can't change it it's probably not something you should change then..
