It's better to use a rear exhaust to keep the case airflow direction consistent. The top mounts can be useful if you end up using more fans or rads but they're not necessary.

What kind of prices are you looking at?

You could get a Silent12 for 10 BGN: https://www.jarcomputers.com/Silent-12-FN-SX12-10_prod_FANCSGELIDFNSX1210.html?ref=prod

or another PW2: https://shop.sky.bg/Pure-Wings-2-120mm-BL046?search=120mm&category_id=0&sort=p.price&order=ASC&page=3

Hi! I am about to buy new case fans cause my old coolermaster fans died. I saw the Corsair AF120 LED Blue Quiet Edition (Dual pack) here in my country for 21 USD. I read some reviews on Amazon that they are loud and etc and some reviews that they are great.. So are they any good or I should skip them?

Corsairs AF and SF fans are loud. RPM for RPM against their Corsairs own ML or Noctuas NF-F12 or NF-S12A, the AF/SF are louder. But the AF/SF also go up past 2000 RPM which the fans do go to if the fan speeds are default and your CPU hits 75C.

While the CPU part may not be apparent since you're not connecting it to the CPU header. They are a little louder. I would google up comparison benchmarks between fan decibels. But if you want the absolute quietness a good fan is Noctua NF-S12A (airflow fans).

AF120 LED's perform alright but aren't very quiet. If you wanted value led case fans, they're often not a bad option.

Where were you planning to use the fans?
