Almsot all cases that have fans pre installed come with 3 pin fan connectors. Usually PWM controlled fans come on CPU coolers, maybe the higher end cases like some of be quiet! cases.

Will it work?

Yes. Just make sure to set the fan speed control to DC, so the fan doesn't run at 100% all the time.
