Bluetooth not working... Why, Microsoft, why?

WHAT THE F*CK?!

I REBOOTED TO WIN10 AFTER A SESSION IN LINUX AND WHAT?!

BLUETOOTH IS WORKING! HAHA!

Hello!

I have a serious and annoying problem with my Asus ZenBook UX410UA:

as I use BT connected mouse I was scrolling down the website and suddenly was disconnected.

I mean: mouse stopped responding, so I checked the batteries: OK, connected mouse to my Galaxy phone: OK.

I decided to go to the laptop settings to check what's wrong. And, surprise, surprise, Bluetooth ON/OFF switch is not there!

I went to Device Manager and you know what? NO BLUETOOTH DETECTED!

So I downloaded the drivers, installed them (older and newer), rebooted several times and nothing... At all - 0;

What can be the solution?

Drivers, Windows Update, temporary error are not possible IMO; Could anyone help me?

:(

Does it work when you boot a Linux live USB? If so, it's a Windows issue. If not, RIP bluetooth.

Assuming your on Win10, what happens when you press the Bluetooth icon in the Action Center system tray bottom right.

Probably gaming or helping technophobes with tech...

buy a cheap usb bluetooth adapter and see if it works with your mouse or not.

If it works, then the problem is not with windows, you have a hardware issue

Creating Linux bootable drive. 3 minutes remaining and I'll know whether it's a  hardware issue. Please... don't let it be
