cheap computer

hey guys, i am planing to build a cheap computer for my dad. bu i have no experience with cheape and low-end parts. could any of you recomend a build or just some parts that preforme greate at a low cost.

I will say around 300-500$. but it's hard to say. I live in Norway and prices are extreamly highe. If one in the US pays 500$ for a build, we pay between 800-900$.

so what i am loking for is a computer that will be reliable and have a lot of storage (2-3 tb hd)

Thanks, I had to do some changes becose some of the parts are not available on the norwegian site. And it still came to 550 $ but thats a good deal after all :) Thanks again

browsing, streem youtube and netflix, checking emails, storing of family pichers and films. maby a litle of flach gaming and a bit of minecraft. i live in norway and i am bying from http://komplett.com/en/. And i need a copy of windows 7 or 8 :)
