do you think this used pc is worth $700? why or why not?

With the GPU prices rn I might say yes. Maybe slightly lower at $650.

A GTX 1060 6GB alone will cost you around $300 USD so the deal isn't bad but isn't too amazing either.

Of course it hasn't been overclocked. It's on a locked board.

 

I would talk that system down to $620-640, then sell the 1060 for $300 and buy a 780 Ti to replace it for $150.

I enjoy buying junk and sinking more money than it's worth into it to make it less junk.

Yeah it looks like a pretty fair price. Especially because gpu prices are so high as someone said above try going for $650

This looks to be a great deal to be fair. Try talk down the price for collection also.

 

The parts add up, that 1060 would be great to resell and replace if you don't plan on putting the rig through the paces of a 1060.

 

And if I am right, that is not a cheap case either.
