"Budget Build", $500-$900 Need a Little Help

I am looking to build my first PC by the end of August and I have put together a list of viable options that fit into my budget. I have one that I have put together, but I'm not sure that it will do what I want (Gaming, mostly, along with everyday use) Mostly due to the fact that the CPU only has two cores, the Pentium G4560. However, I have heard that it handles heavy loads fairly well. I have also traded some of the fancier things such as a better case, SSD, and better case fans for a higher amount of RAM (16 GB), which will be useful if I decide to upgrade later. I have a link to the parts (I used pcpartspicker because it saves time) https://pcpartpicker.com/list/rbXdmq. Anyway, I was wondering if this would be a bad investment and if I should expand my budget just a little to get a GTX 1060 instead of the 1050ti or a better CPU.

Dont worry about the CPU without the K series. Most new Intel CPU can overclock these days with the base clock instead overclocking with multiplier.

The non k processors r usually lower binned processers ...so there isn't much headroom fr baseclock overclock...

Thank you guys for your help, I've pretty much set up a new build with a budget that has been increased to 1,000 instead of 900 dollars. However, I have some questions about RAM, should I buy the 3200 MHz since I have a motherboard that can actually support it? Or should I go with something slightly cheaper and slower like 2400 MHz? Again, thank you guys. Here's the build https://pcpartpicker.com/list/xmLL29

This build is pretty decent.

What about the exact same build with 2400MHZ ram instead 3200, because the extra money is not worth it.

And an GTX 1070, the pc cost not 1063 dollars. But i think its worth the extra money.

As far as RAM speed goes, I don't think it will cause too much of a difference. Linus has a video on that here:
