Correct me if I am wrong, but what a water block on RAM will do is replace your heat sinks that are on the RAM currently, it does not go over the existing heatsink.. So to answer your questions, sure. But you will need to remove the existing heat sink/spreader from Gskills first.

If it’s ddr3 sure. If not buy the correct kit.
