How do I make files bigger?

Hello,

I know it's a really weird request, I wanted to make a custom t-shirt with a colgate logo on it, but the file is too small and the shop that makes these custom tees only accepts files that are over 0.04 MB. I could technically paint some pixels on it and call it a day, but maybe there's an easier way to do it without losing visual clarity?

Could use this image instead, 183kb. But it is like 5000x3000 pixels so you'll have to resize it down alot when you upload it xD

I'm more worried about morals of company you are using. Usually those deny any request to use registered brand logos and images based on copyright laws.
