EASY Which way does this fan go?

I see a bunch of stuff that is talking about arrows but these fans are clear and dont have arrows. These fans are at the front of my case for intake, do I put this like this in picture 1

Stationary side is where the fan blows air out of, spinning part is where air enters the fan.

Very simple rule of thumb.  The air always blows towards the cable.  If you look, the cable is coming off one side of the fan, that's always the exhaust side.

Just look at the fan blades and picture it spinning. Which direction would provide the best air flow? That's the direction it spins.

First pic would be correct one. The way I see it is air goes in from open side and exits frame side. You can also see this with any rear stock case fan. Those are always exhaust.
