You could go to https://scholar.google.com/ and find something that has been peer reviewed.

Though if you are looking for a paper to copy then I can't help. (That would get you kicked out of a University and listed on some database which may make it harder to get into another college)

That or you mean how to write a good one?

yah, like what do you mean and are you a  student or not? Most universities have an online database subscription of research papers you can access

You could start by being more specific. Writing one or getting good ones for reference? Many universities/colleges have bought use rights to services which host most published papers. If you can't access those with your academic login, go to library and use some guest PC to access them. Or do things oldschool and read paper ones.

If you mean writing, you should take courses on that. Thats bit too complicated subject to just go with 0 basic info.

How to Write a Good Essay on any Topic.

I’d guess you’re new here and either young or not fluent in English. This isn’t the best place for this, mainly a tech forum. A google search or effort is the best place to start. Also, more info.

Do proper research on your topic of choice (meaning: not Wikipedia or at max to find some interesting footnotes in those articles), make notes while reading articles and other publications and be precise with those. Define the main topic of your paper (which usually is a very specific question), sort your notes and go in for a second round of research and reading to fill the gaps in your notes. Define the logic structure of your paper in bullet points, put in the major points for each chapter/section, write in a precise and logic way. Assume that your reading is interested and intellectually capable in your topic but not familiar with it. Always remember to cite other peoples thoughts (that's why you need to be precise with your notes).

That should be the stuff you learn in school and early on in college or at university

Use the quote function when answering! Mark people directly if you want an answer from them!
