My computer is using ram without anything actualy using ram?

Your "Non-paged pool" is what's eating up your RAM. This normally indicates a leaky driver. You can attempt to find out which one by following the blurb at https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-hardware/drivers/debugger/using-driver-verifier-to-find-a-kernel-mode-memory-leak (the tool they're talking about is described in https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-hardware/drivers/devtest/driver-verifier)

 

Or you can blanket reinstall all your drivers to the latest version. Usually when I see other people with this problem, it's their network drivers so start with that first.

Clean install of Windows 10. Boom. Done

Not sure if it is the same for you but when I once had this issue it was down to my killer network driver, i installed the latest version and all was fine.

That's usually what it is whenever I see people report this problem

Either leaky drivers or something dodgy's running in the background. Try ADWCleaner and see if anything suspect comes up, could be something dodgy going unnoticed.
