Help i did a linus and dropped my laptop

So today i did a linus and dropped my asus eee notebook not i seem to just get a black screen with no post / bios i have tried booting off another screen no luck have had the HD out tried booting no luck it seem to act like theres no bios i have tried most keyboard commands at startup no luck have done the heatgun trick on cpu gpu and ram no luck dose anyone have any other suggestions also have taken out and replaced the cmos battery need help with maybe flashing new bios from usb but have no idea on how to help please!!!!

its probably gone however

if it has a display output connect it to a monitor / tv and see if you get an image might be your screen's fucked

Have tried that via hdmi to my monitor no luck im really confused because everything seems to be working like all the normal lights come up

True i need to badly for uni thats the worse thing im gutted its a decent cheep lappy was hoping to save it

The BIOS doesn't corrupt when dropping. It's broken because of physical damage to the motherboard. Time to say goodbye. You can possibly save the data on the drive if you connect it to a PC.

take the drive(s) out and put them in another computer, if the computer doesnt recognise it the drives are probably dead

Could be, but the external monitor should pick up a signal once the system finishes booting up (granted the disk is serviceable) at the very least. Disconnecting the LVDS connector makes the thing default to external display, so that's worth a shot.

It was switched off when I dropped it the drive still runs fine as ive tested it in my friend's tower it boots fine

Also. To test if the disk is dead, flash a portable version of linux on a USB and test if it boots.

Then it's pretty safe to say your laptop is fucked.

I don't know how many RAM sticks there are inside but it could be that they popped out. Maybe?

Have tried with win 10 on a usb no luck shows just a black screen

Dosent look broken but im no expert give me maybe 10 minutes ill pull it apart and take some photos of the motherboard
