Plasti-dipping Motherboard

My motherboard isn't the most pleasing to the eye; It's quite ugly. I was going to but some plasti dip over the PCB to make it (majority) black. I don't know where exactly, besides the ports/slots and the heat syncs, to cover up with masking tape to avoid thermal issues. Any help would be appreciated! :D

Also: I know this is very risky, but it's a risk I'm willing to take. Worst case, I can peel the plasti dip off (hopefully).

Linus already did it to a whole PC. I'd highly recommend checking it out and deciding for yourself

(Note: I dont remember the specifics of how it turned out, and I'm unable to watch the video at the moment; but if memory serves correct, it was a long and tedious process with a lot of little things that can go wrong.)

Would it be a fun project? yes

Is it worth the time and effort? no

Yeah, but he dips everything, including vital parts to the PC, which then cause them to overheat. Honestly as I think it over, dipping/cutting a piece of acrylic would be easier xD

Use painters tape or masking tape on any and all slots, over the CPU and on the heatsinks and then give it a few coats.  Extremely easy and no impact on performance (sauce - I've done it)

Want to custom loop?  Ask me more if you are curious

Probably some material getting on some pins somewhere, even though he tried to clean out all slots and connectors afterwards.
