Small radiator for gpu and cpu

Hi guys, do u think that single 120 rad with two fans can handle ryzen 1400 oc and gtx 1060 oc too?
Im tthinking about EK coolstrem PE or XE

GTX 980 has much greater TDP than 1060

Ryzen 1400 is about same TDP as i5 4670k

Standard rule is 120/140 per component (so 240/280 for CPU+GPU) and additional 120/140 if you're overclocking.

You will want ideally a 360mm rad for both a CPU and GPU. Can you run it just on a 120mm yes, but your going to need to run it with super high RPM fans to compensate for the lack of rad space.
