I had an idea, how about building a pc, whose cpu and gpu is cooled by the case, not by heat sink, if it is possible, we can really get a slim pc if we use a pico psu with it.

Streacom and akasa already makes those. And Linus tested a similar product

I dunno, use a giant fan (like blower fan) and stick some fridge railings (u know, the ones that freeze up) and make sure there is no condensation, and then stick some thermal pads onto the CPU and GPU dye
